Our sessions will be held in an informal, relaxed and completely confidential environment.
One of the first questions I am often asked is, "Where do I start?". The answer is simple: you start wherever you feel most comfortable. There is no right or wrong way. You will find the puzzle starts to unravel as you tell your story. The beginning, middle and end establish themselves as you hear yourself talk and begin to relax.
During the first coaching session, we will discuss the approach to your particular situation and agree on the way forward. At the end of each session we will make a plan for you to follow, so that you feel supported in achieving your goal until your next visit.
